Sushi Rolling Classes at Sunda Fulton Market

Join us at Sunda Fulton Market for our monthly Sushi Rolling Class, held on the first Saturday of every month from 4–5PM. Led by our award-winning chefs, this hands-on experience teaches the ancient art of sushi making in a fun, communal setting.

Learn the techniques behind temaki (hand rolls), futomaki (fat rolls), and uramaki (inside-out rolls) while crafting your own creations using fresh salmon, shrimp tempura, and spicy tuna. Whether you’re a sushi lover or a first-time roller, this interactive session blends education, entertainment, and the signature Sunda hospitality.
