Whether you’re planning an intimate dinner or a celebratory evening with someone special, this menu brings together elevated dishes meant to be enjoyed slowly, together.
Fresh oyster topped with yuzu crème fraîche, caviar, and chives. A refined opening bite: briny, bright, and indulgent, with citrus and salinity in perfect balance.

Spicy tuna, pickled daikon, tobiko, sweet soy butter. A playful yet polished sushi roll that brings heat, sweetness, and texture together in harmony.

Whole lobster, yuzu truffle butter, lo mein noodles, fresh herbs. An indulgent centerpiece designed for sharing, featuring rich lobster and aromatic yuzu truffle butter.
