Join us in celebrating the Lunar New Year at Sunda with a festive, limited-time menu inspired by themes of prosperity, abundance, and good fortune. Available February 17 through March 3, these features honor traditional symbolism through bold flavors, elevated ingredients, and celebratory presentation.
Throughout the holiday, guests are invited to enjoy red envelopes and seasonal touches designed to bring warmth and joy to the dining experience.
Pickled lotus root, ginger vinaigrette, chili crisps. Warm, aromatic dumplings layered with spice, brightness, and crunch.

Jumbo prawns, chive, cream cheese, crab. A refined take on a classic: crispy, rich, and indulgent.

Pan-seared whole branzino, Asian pesto, chili sambal, watercress, radish. Whole fish symbolizes abundance and prosperity in Lunar New Year celebrations. This dish is prepared simply and elegantly, allowing the flavors to shine.

Whole lobster, yuzu truffle butter, lo mein noodles, fresh herbs. A celebratory favorite, elevated for the season and designed for sharing.

Sesame peanut brittle, vanilla ice cream, macerated fruit. Nutty, balanced, and lightly sweet, a thoughtful conclusion to the meal.

February 19
Join us on Thursday, February 19 at 7:00 PM as we celebrate the Lunar New Year with a live lion dance performance. This traditional performance brings energy, movement, and symbolism of good fortune and prosperity, adding a festive moment to the evening’s dining experience.
We recommend arriving early to enjoy the full celebration.
