International Sushi Day at Sunda

In celebration of International Sushi Day, Sunda New Asian presents Tenjo Maguro, a refined, indulgent evolution of the traditional tuna boat.

Rooted in the concept of maguro gyosen (マグロ漁船), the classic presentation of tuna assortments, Tenjo Maguro elevates the experience into something more premium, an expression of craftsmanship, quality, and luxury.

This limited-time offering showcases a full spectrum of premium bluefin tuna, including toro, chu-toro, and akami, each thoughtfully prepared as both nigiri and sashimi to highlight the distinct textures and flavor profiles of each cut.

Enhancing the experience are luxe touches like pickled wasabi and delicate gold leaf, paired with a rich bluefin tartare finished with caviar. The dish is complemented by taro, lotus, and roti puff, adding contrast and dimension to each bite.

Designed as a shareable centerpiece, Tenjo Maguro is both a visual and culinary experience, ideal for those looking to celebrate sushi at its highest level.

Available for dine-in only at all Sunda locations from June 15 through June 21.
