Sushi Rolling Class in River North

Roll, create and enjoy your own sushi during a hands-on class at Sunda New Asian in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Held on the first Saturday of every month, this chef-led experience makes a memorable date night, group outing or weekend activity for sushi lovers of every skill level.

Learn how to prepare three distinct styles of sushi: temaki hand rolls, futomaki and uramaki, also known as inside-out rolls. Our chefs will guide you through each technique before you create—and enjoy—your own rolls using fresh salmon, shrimp tempura and spicy tuna.

No previous experience is needed. Just bring your appetite and get ready for an interactive afternoon filled with the signature hospitality of Sunda New Asian.

Your ticket includes the sushi rolls you make during the class. Beverages and additional food are available for purchase throughout the experience.
