Program Description

The Sunda New Asian SMS program provides subscribers with recurring marketing and informational text messages. Messages may include updates about special menus, events, promotions, exclusive offers, VIP experiences, and early access to reservations.

Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into the SMS program through our website, keyword opt-in, or other approved methods, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Sunda New Asian at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency may vary based on programming and activity, but subscribers can expect to receive approximately three (3) messages per month on average.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Sunda New Asian is not responsible for any charges incurred.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from us unless you opt back in.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the Sunda New Asian SMS program.

Supported Carriers

The SMS program is supported by most major U.S. mobile carriers. However, delivery may not be available on all carriers or devices. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your participation in the SMS program is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Program Changes or Termination

Sunda New Asian reserves the right to modify or terminate the SMS program, or these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting.

Limitation of Liability

Sunda New Asian is not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in message delivery, including issues caused by your mobile carrier or third-party service providers.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the applicable Sunda New Asian location operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
