Ingredients
1oz haku
1 oz yuzu liquer
1 oz vanilla passionfruit syrup
1 oz lime juice
3 dashes fee foam
Splash of zipang sparkling sake
Directions
Add vodka, yuzu liqeur, vanilla passfruiit, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Double strain into a couple glass. Top with sparkling sake. Garnish with dehydrated orange wheel.
