This June, join us at Sunda Tampa for Restaurant Month, a limited-time opportunity to explore our menu through a thoughtfully curated, multi-course experience.

Designed for discovery, this menu highlights some of our signature dishes in slightly reduced portions, giving you the chance to try more and experience the depth of Sunda.

The Experience

A four-course journey across Southeast Asian flavors: bold, layered, and meant to be shared.

Appetizer (choice of)

  • Crispy Brussels Sprouts
    Red cabbage, red onion, carrots, chilis, shallot crisps, minced shrimp, nuoc cham vinaigrette

  • Char Siu Ribs
    Grilled pork ribs, char siu BBQ sauce, fresh herbs

Sushi (choice of)

  • Yellowtail Jalapeño
    Cilantro, garlic, yuzu ponzu

  • Salmon Crudo (GF)
    Cilantro, lime vinaigrette, aji amarillo, rayu

Entrée (choice of)

  • Chicken Inasal (GF)
    Lemongrass, tomatoes, red onion, watercress, achiote glaze, chili lime vinaigrette, grilled lemon

  • Panang Beef Short Rib (GF)
    Lemongrass-braised short rib, panang curry, roasted seasonal squash, chili, kaffir lime oil

  • Chap Chae (GF)
    Sweet potato noodles, spinach, mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, scallions, tofu, sesame

Dessert

  • Mini Cheesecake
    Coconut mousse, graham cracker crust, coconut caramel, berries

Enhance your experience with a three-pour sake flight designed to complement the menu:

  • Tozai Living Jewel
    White grape and anise aromas; citrus, white pepper, and fresh herbs with a long, clean finish

  • Tozai Snow Maiden
    Bright and fresh with notes of honeydew melon, raw pumpkin, and radish

  • Tozai Blossom of Peace
    Aodani plums steeped in sake; almond and marzipan aromas with plum, apricot, and cherry, finishing softly tart
