Sunda’s Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet, running from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., is built around Southeast Asian flavors doing what they want alongside brunch classics, starting with made-to-order omelets featuring fillings like kimchi and pork belly, Ube Waffles, Tempura French Toast, Pork Belly Adobo, and a carving station with Prime Rib Korean Style served with au jus and kimchi. Seafood offerings include fresh maki, nigiri, oysters, and shrimp, and the dessert section brings an Ube White Chocolate Fountain, ginger carrot cake, mini cheesecakes, and fried scallion buns with condensed milk, which is honestly a lot to look forward to. At $98 per adult and $38 for kids ages 4 to 12, with children 3 and under eating free, it’s worth noting that the a la carte menu won’t be available on this day, so go ahead and commit to the buffet.
