Executive Chef Mike Morales gives the classic pot pie a Filipino treatment, starting with kaldereta, a rich braised stew, then finishing it with a flaky pastry cap and bone marrow. The dish is part of Sunda’s Filipino American History Month menu, inspired by founder Billy Dec’s documentary Food Roots.
