Documentary programming continues with FOOD ROOTS, from Emmy Award-winning restaurateur Billy Dec, which will premiere May 7 across PBS platforms during AANHPI Heritage Month. Directed by Michele Josue and executive produced by Doug Blush, the film follows Dec’s journey through the Philippines exploring family history, culture, and culinary traditions.
